PARCA was established to develop guidelines and procedures that are used to certify professionals who are engaged with the support, maintenance and day-to-day management of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Furthermore, we have tasked ourselves with being the organization where PACS administrators and technicians can gather and share information with others on the trends and developments taking place in the industry. With your support, we hope to help influence the industry and standards organizations to develop the tools necessary to perform your daily tasks more efficiently and effectively.
