As you can see from the figures below, we are very close to reaching our 500th member. As our members are always our best supporters we thought we'd give you the opportunity to pitch PARCA membership to your co-workers and colleagues. Membership & Certification
So far, 2006 has been a very busy time for PARCA. Membership continues to soar, we now have over 450 members, which is an increase of over 30% since January!

The number of members obtaining PARCA Certifications continues to grow. As you can see from the following diagram over 12% of our members are now Certified PACS Associates (CPAS).

If you're thinking of taking a PARCA Certification Exam and want to know how best to prepare, check out our website which has a detailed list of requirements for each certification level at http://www.pacsadmin.org/certification.php.

For each approval code you will receive 3 attempts at the exam. Once you have passed an exam a Certificate will be mailed to you, usually within 10-14 business days. Remember that obtaining a PARCA Certification entitles you to use the appropriate acronym in your title, ie: John Doe, CPIA.
